1. How do I order your software online?

You can order your software online by clicking any of the order links contained on the products page or by simply visiting our ONLINE STORE.

2. How will the bill appear on my credit card statement?

All orders are processed through our credit processor, Plimus Inc., and this is how it will show on any and all transactions for your statement.

3. Can I purchase through the mail?

Yes, you can. Simply click on the order link for the product and select this as your method of payment. Simply follow the on-screen prompts and you will be given all necessary information to purchase through postal mail.

4. Do you offer your software on CD-ROM?

Yes, all of our software titles are available to you on CD-ROM for a small additional charge (shipping & handling) on our order form. Simply select this option while ordering to receive the software on CD-ROM.

Note : You will always be able to download immediately after purchase whether choosing the CD-ROM option or not.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

Our software and services can be purchased online (easiest) as well as phone, fax, mail, wire transfer, money order / cash / check, PayPal™ and purchase order. Simply click on the order link for any product or service and select your method of payment on the order form. Follow the on-screen prompts and you will be given all necessary information to complete your order via the selected method.
