1. Do you offer trials or demos of your software?

Yes, we do. You can download the trial version by clicking on the trial link on any products page (if available) or by simply visiting our DEMO AREA.

2. What are the minimum requirements to run your software on my machine?

As requirements vary for each product, please see the products feature page to view system requirements. If you have any questions about the requirements for a particular product then please contact our staff.

3. How do I install the software I purchased?

Simple, just double-click on the installation file and follow the on-screen prompts to begin installing on your system. The installation file will be on the CD (if purchased) or will be the file you download from your confirmation email.

4. What are the usage restrictions for the software I purchased?

All of our software is single user licensed. This means that every computer you plan to install the software on requires its own licenses.

For example, if you have three computers in your home or office and wish to install the software on each - you will need three licenses of that software. We offer discount volume pricing on all our products so please see the products page for more details.
